Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds may be handled for QyroOne access and consultation formats, depending on delivery status.

1) Definitions

Consultation: a scheduled session with agreed scope and recap notes.

Digital materials: templates or exercises delivered electronically (if offered).

Delivery status: whether a session has started, been reserved, or completed.

2) General principles

Refund handling depends on (a) the format selected, (b) whether delivery has started, and (c) whether capacity has been reserved.

If separate written participation details exist for a specific format, they may add format-specific conditions.

3) Cancellations before a scheduled session

If you cancel before a scheduled session, a refund or reschedule may be considered depending on timing and preparation already completed.

We may ask for minimal reference details (name and email used) to locate the request.

4) After a session starts

Once a session has started, time-based delivery may reduce refund eligibility. In some cases, partial refunds may be considered for clearly undelivered portions.

  • Time already delivered: may reduce refundable scope.
  • Reserved capacity: may reduce refundable scope.
  • Recap notes already provided: may reduce refundable scope.

Each request is assessed using the documented format and current delivery status.

5) Digital materials (if offered)

Digital materials may be non-returnable once delivered or made accessible. If a refund is considered, it will account for delivered content and reserved time.

6) Exceptions

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Completed sessions or substantially delivered formats.
  • Downloaded or substantially consumed digital materials.
  • Delays caused by missing information you choose not to provide, or changes outside the agreed scope.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

7) How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] and include:

  • Your name and the email address used.
  • The format name (and date/time if scheduled).
  • A short reason for the request.

We may ask for minimal verification to protect your information.
